Anthony Battaglia,
is the owner and developer of Palazzo di Bocce. He
serves on the board of the U.S. Bocce Federation, and is
a nationally-ranked player and member of the Sylvan Lake
Bocce Club.
Mr. Battaglia retired in 1999 as chairman of
commercial construction firm Cunningham-Limp, which he
had co-owned since the late 1970s. He began his career
learning the cement trade from his father, Pat Battaglia,
who owned his own firm by the same name. He and a
colleague opened Anthony Bennett Construction in 1976,
which went on to purchase Cunningham-Limp.
Mr. Battaglia and his wife live in Oakland Township.
They have four adult children and five grandchildren. |

Jason Wisniewski, is
Manager of Bocce at Palazzo di Bocce. He is currently
captain of the Gold Medalist team - 2006 U.S. Club
Championship for Punto, Raffa, Volo.
In his first Nationals appearance in 2005, he was on the
Gold medalist team for Doubles-Volo and the Bronze
medalist for both Singles-Punto, Raffa, Volo and
Singles-Volo
Wisniewski
has been playing bocce since 2001 initially learning the
game from Mr. Battaglia. He soon after became a member of
the Sylvan Lake Bocce Club and with additional coaching from
Mr. Battaglia, has played in bocce tournaments throughout
the world and is now considered one of the top U.S. players.
